Indiana’s Elite Cleaning is a minority-owned business with a family history of janitorial services in Northern Indiana. Founded by Alejandro Saucedo, IEC is passionate about providing clean environments in the areas that they serve, while providing opportunities to minorities as well as individuals re-entering the workforce. IEC’s Mission is to change the narrative of what a cleaning company is, does, and can do.
IEC developed the comprehensive cleaning company concept offering clients, the ability to bundle professional cleaning services to meet their individual needs. IEC’s method of operation consists of combining SOP’s, Quality Control Inspecting, 5S structures, employee engagement measures, and team development practices. These are the Value Propositions that sets IEC apart from the rest.

Alejandro is a third-generation professional cleaner, forging a path of success rooted in integrity, communication, and professionalism.
Alejandro is a third-generation professional cleaner. From a young age he witnessed how cleaning careers lead his family out of the harsh conditions of migrant field laboring. Contemplating what type of business venture, he wanted to start there became one clear answer; a cleaning company.
A student at Internation Christian College and Seminary holding a 4.0 gpa, he also founded the Plainfield, Indiana enrollment program. Where he acts as the financial tuition advisor and course curriculum coordinator.
Alejandro personally developed Indiana’s Elite Cleaning’s method of operation by utilizing his education and manufacturing leadership experience. Combining SOP’s, Quality Control Inspecting, 5S structures, employee engagement measures, and team development practices.

Juanita is a migrant laborer turned minority business advocate, epitomizing resilience and determination.
Alongside her family, Juanita began working as a migrant field laborer at a very young age. The values of family commitment, cultural contribution, and a superb work ethic are just a few of the virtues she gained from those experiences.
Juanita was the first of seven siblings to attend college at Saint Joseph College in Rensselaer, Indiana where she studied accounting. It was while attending college that she obtained her first cleaning and administrative positions.
She utilized her skills and advocated for countless migrant families throughout Northwest Indiana. Her impact continues to leave a lasting legacy that lives on today. Even with a 12-year career as the Mayor’s Administrative Secretary for the City of Rensselaer, cleaning positions were still a part of her life.
Witnessing her son’s commitment to succeed as a Christian business owner, she moved to South Bend and joined the team. Together, Alejandro and Juanita are a dynamic duo catapulting their customers, employees and one another. They are achieving new heights that elevate Minority Business Enterprises as a whole.
